In the app: Settings → Delete personal data and anonymous account → Delete.
If you cannot use the app, email rollcake.company@gmail.com. Include your anonymous support ID and church information if known. Do not send passwords or tokens. We will explain any identity verification needed and respond with the result.
We delete your server membership, transfer balance, contributions, temporary sessions, rate limits and anonymous account. In-app deletion also removes local history, topics, nickname and reminder settings. Email requests cannot remotely erase files on your device; clear app data or uninstall as well. Aggregated church totals remain. Firebase authentication backup removal can take up to 180 days; infrastructure security logs follow provider policies.
